About
I treat code as a tool for solving problems, not as a profession.
Whether it is a company's messy internal process or a product idea starting from nothing, the job is the same: find the real problem and turn it into working software.
I am a computer engineering graduate of Istanbul University, with 7 years of software development experience. I worked on software projects at Incentro, ucuracak.com, Protalya, Kod Yazılım and Wagner.
At Incentro I worked on a software project in healthcare, at ucuracak.com on the airline ticket sales flow, at Protalya on the Diana Travel software solutions, at Kod Yazılım on the development of Veboni ERP, a hotel management system, and at Wagner on factory operations software. Those domains taught me the same lesson: a screen written without understanding the user's daily flow is useless.
Alongside all of that, building my own products was always the pull — I have published 7 mobile apps so far. I am currently the technical co-founder of Emlak Pro Takip, and I founded Alistone Labs, my software and AI company.
01 — The path
From enterprise projects to my own products
The enterprise years gave me scale and discipline; independent products taught me end-to-end ownership. Today I use both at once.
-
IncentroHealthcare software
I worked on a software project in healthcare. Accurate data and a process that never stalls are not negotiable in that domain — this is where I saw what working at company scale really means.
-
ucuracak.comFlight ticket sales
A web product built around airline ticket sales. Search, pricing and the booking flow all have to be right end to end — a domain with very little room for error.
-
ProtalyaEnterprise software
Diana Travel software solutionsI worked as a developer on enterprise software projects; the software solutions built for Diana Travel were the main body of work. This is where the fundamentals of team development and working at company scale settled in.
-
Kod YazılımHotel management
Veboni ERPI contributed to the development of Veboni ERP, a hotel management system. Reservations, operations and reporting all had to work as interconnected modules.
-
WagnerFactory operations
I worked on factory operations software. Translating what actually happens on the floor into software was the central problem of this period.
-
Independent productsMobile
Next to the enterprise work I started building my own products, and have published 7 mobile apps to date — a stretch where I ran every step from idea to store listing on my own.
-
Alistone LabsSoftware and AI
I first set up Alistone to gather my scattered independent products under one identity. Today it is Alistone Labs: it builds custom software and AI-powered systems for businesses, and keeps developing its own products.
-
Emlak Pro TakipTechnical co-founder
A live B2B SaaS platform for real-estate agencies. I carry the technical side end to end — architecture, mobile app, payment integration and notification infrastructure.
02 — Skills & technology
The stack that holds a product up
I don't tie myself to a single framework; I pick according to what the product needs. These are the tools I run in production.

03 — Integrations & AI
Strengthening modern products with AI
I don't put AI at the centre of a product — I put it where it genuinely helps the user. These are the services I have shipped with.
- ChatGPT (OpenAI)Text and content generation.
- Gemini (Google)Multi-format AI integrations.
- Claude (Anthropic)In development workflows and content generation.
- Azure TTSRead-aloud and speech synthesis — DailyReads.
- Google Imagen (Vertex AI)Image generation.
- Instagram APIContent and social media integration.
04 — Work with me
Let's build the next product together.
Technical consulting, a product development partnership or a system built for your company — whichever it is, let's talk about the problem first.
